The complete set of 36 half-tone prints, contained in the original cardboard box with printed title on spine, with text on the back of the box and illustrated with a photograph of David Bailey by Mick Jagger at the bottom, with one (only) original cardboard insert ink-stamped: ‘Packing Piece/To be Thrown Away’. Subjects include: John Lennon, Paul McCartney, Mick Jagger, The Rolling Stones, Brian Jones, David Hockney, Jean Shrimpton, Andy Warhol, Terence Stamp, The Kray Brothers, Brian Epstein, Cecil Beaton, and others. Printed by Weidenfeld and Nicolson, London. With printed titles and biographical text for each subject by Francis Wyndham printed on the verso of each print.
Each sheet 14.5" x 12.5" — 36.8 x 31.8 cm.
